High protection level

Rugged tablets typically have a higher level of protection (IP rating) and can resist the infiltration of water and dust. So what exactly does IP67 68 refer to?

"IP" refers to international protection level certification

"6"represents a level of complete dust prevention for foreign objects (dust prevention), preventing dust from entering and completely preventing contact. The higher the number, the better.

"7" represents a waterproof level of up to 1 meter immersed in water, and the equipment can be immersed in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes under specified conditions.

"8" can be immersed in water depths exceeding 1 meter.
